Rebula and Olive Oil Festival is a traditional wine and food festival which takes place every spring in Višnjevik, a small village in one of the finest Slovenian wine regions Brda. Višnjevik is a native place of Rebula and it was first mentioned in the local books already in the 14th century.
Rebula makes usually a light, fresh wines. Lately, the grape has been successfully used for sparkling wines. The event also celebrates local olives and olive products which will be served along with other local delicacies.
