Days of honey – Polhov Gradec, Western Slovenia

Days of Honey is a delightful, interesting 4 days lasting event with close to 30 years tradition. It features lectures, presentation, and tasting of honey and various honey products. The organisers pay a special attention to the educational part, raising awareness on honey’s production, its role in culinary and the health benefits.
